Hello there,
I am 16 years old and im trying to build a humanoid robot. I found some similar projects to what im doing online and they almost all use HS805BBB servo’s. However, these a bit too expensive for me since i need around 16 of them. Are there any cheaper alternatives that have similar performance?

That’s awesome! It would be great if you could share your project in the Robots section once it is finished, you can also find some cool projects of other members of the community there.
The choice of the servos you use depends on how much strength do you want your robot to have. However, I think these tools could help you.
These will help you calculate how much torque your servos will need. Once you know this you can use the Servo Motors Comparison List to ease your search.
