i am trying to build a robotic arm with 3 kg payload but not getting what are the parts required for that

Are you referring to the components in general? Brackets, servos, microcontroller/SCB? Or you simply need help selecting the servos required for the payload you mentioned?

@geraldinebc15 yes, but i would like to know what are components go in each joint like motor , gearbox and harmonic drive like that and what are suitable for my projects?

It depends on the motors you choose, if you select a servo motor that already includes gear reduction you wouldn’t need to get additional parts. I suggest using the arm torque calculator to get an estimate of the torque the servos will need for the payload you mentioned.

It also depends on the configuration you want the arm to have.
