Using MATLAB to Control a Robotic Arm

In this project, I used MATLAB’s App Designer and Robotics Toolbox to create a graphical user interface that allows controlling the LSS 4 DoF Robotic Arm, which is a Lynxmotion’s robot arm designed around the fully configurable Lynxmotion Smart Servos.

Thanks for posting this project,
Why is the Joint limits set from 90 to -90 degrees?

Regards Kevin

I’m glad you liked the project

Simply as a precaution so that the servos do not stall.

However, the LSS servos have voltage/current limits so they will enter safe mode if they stall so, if you prefer, you can modify these limits.
