The Litter-Robot won’t turn on anymore

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

It’s about the Litter-Robot 3 connect I bought in January 2020. The litter robot doesn’t turn on anymore, since yesterday. When I plug it in, the yellow light flickers 2 times and that’s it. It won’t turn on after that.
I also tried with another charger to see if that’s the problem, it’s the same outcome. How do I fix that?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Does the yellow light blink twice then all the lights turn off without any reaction from the robot?

Do the area between the “Empty” and “Reset” buttons feel hot when you touch it?
