Still no stuff back?
Whats the deal? This is taking for ever.
Still no stuff. And I guess not today. And no response to my email. Do they think they still have a chance at getting away with this?!? I mean just respond to my email or something…
She could have assumed. Who else’s package is he going to have with robot parts in it?..unless he really is a scammer 
Yeah, maybe. I just wish she would respond to my email. Thats what makes my angry. Its been 3-5 days since I sent it.

EDIT: As it appears you are a minor, include that with your info to the police. In most states minors are afforded extra protection under the law from deeds perpertrated by those of legal age.
I have contacted the cheif of police in his city- 3 times.

How did you contact the police chief? Have you actually talked to the police chief? Have you received any response from the police to your problem? If all you did was to send something like an email, you have probably been waisting your time.
Yeah I did send him emails. But I can’t find any other way to contact him.

Contact the number for their front desk at the station. Ask who you would talk to about investigating a fraud in their city. Talk to someone!! Then call again. And again.
You must continue sending emails and phoning.
Did somebody at the “state” actually tell you that they are looking into it, or did you just send an email? Also, what is the city in WV. As you have not provided a name or actual town, I’m starting to question if the scamming actually occurred. Too many facts left out.
I am not allowed to say all of his information. And yes, they were looking into it, they sent me a letter in the mail.

There is no reason that you can’t give his full information. His address and phone number could be found with a directory search deeming it public information.

As evo said, no reason why you shouldn’t disclose his information. If he didn’t “die” then he might still be around here and could possibly scam someone else.
Is every single bit and screw there? Were the robotics stuff packed pretty much the same way as you shipped it? Very messed up if he actually never used any of the stuff he got from you… Might show that he was originally planning to send back the stuff. Possibly when you said you got the authorities involved he knew he picked the wrong guy and forums to mess with. I’m very curious to find out if he really does have a sister. hmmmm…

Then again its possible that he made up a sister and send back things through “her” to get away from all this because the authorities were contacted several times… Don’t think you want to get fined or jailed for taking toys from a 14 yr/o

Isn’t his name “James Williams” ? Either shes married, or “she” is named after someone who doesn’t really exist…
Oh, and just because this guy gave you almost a year of hell, I’d still see if you can get the police in his city to see if he really died and if he has a sister. And if he didnt, then cuff 'im up. Fraud is a crime, even if you undo it.
Maybe thats just what the scammer wants you to think. No proof that an Anita Baker actually exist. Could have just as well been scammer’s brother G. W. Bush sending the stuff back. I now have some doubts about this whole issue.
Did you know I can put my name on a box as “robonator” and it will still get shipped? I can also put my name as “Bob Smith” or “John Appleseed” and it would still get shipped. Hell, I can probably most likely put “godlth Smith” or “Jose Jesus” and it will get shipped. The postage system does not check first if the person exists or lives in the hose hold. I can ship a package from another address even if I don’t live there. Just because her name is on the “FROM” address doesn’t mean she sent it.
As zoomkat said, maybe he wants you to think he died and his loving sister sent your stuff back. As I also said, what I think happened was he got scared you were getting authorities into this so he made up a story about how he died and how his sister checked his emails and found your box and sent it back. I really don’t think he died. I also really don’t think he has a sister. But in either case, if you got your stuff back and you got it all back then good! Your patience and persistence paid off!
