Hi @Jackfog !

Thank you for contacting us.

We are sorry to hear about your problem with the robot.

Could you send us a video of the problem with your robot?

If you have a blue blinking light please try this troubleshooting first: Litter-Robot III Open Air - Blue Blinking Light

Hello thanks for answering, there’s no blue light blinking. Just the yellow is constant lighting. Of course!!
I have emptied all the litter now. At first the globe stuck in a complete wrong direction then I shut it off cleaned everything and put it on the right direction as the online guide told me. But nothing has changed.

Thank you your reply @Jackfog .

If you leave your robot plugged in like that with yellow light on, does it maybe changes to 3 blinking lights on the control panel after several minutes?

No it doesn’t change it stayes like that forever.

Ok @Jackfog.

Then it looks like the problem is with circuit board or maybe DFI sensor.

Since you are in warranty period we can send you spare part, or you can send your robot for a repair.

What would you choose? Are you comfortable with replacing the part on your own?

if theres some sort of guide i can try to replace it by my own.

Yes @Jackfog, there are video instructions.

For circuit board: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Axe9soTNzHU

For DFI sensor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD3dsJsVVsc

You could test if the root cause is the circuit board or DFI sensor. You can try and disconnect DFI sensor from circuit board and then see if the light pattern changes.

Hi @Jackfog,

That is OK.

We will transfer this to our internal support so we can finish up.

Thank you.
