Litter Robot 3 Connect app connection problem

Got them off of Amazon. I believe I recall them being from LitterRobot/Whisker.

This would mean you got it directly from manufacturer so you should contact them regarding your warranty. It is possible that WiFi chip on the main circuit board is defective.

Thank you for all your very prompt help, guidance and information :smiley: Hopefully, I can get this problem resolved through them asap as our dogs are taking advantage of the LR’s not working, while we’re not home, to randomly sneak some snacks from the “Kitty-Crunchy Buffet’s” :nauseated_face::face_vomiting:
