LR3CI371667 has the latest firmware. Any LR3 with serial number 331028 or higher will have latest firmware.

What can I do to fix the issue? On my app it is showing the litter box offline. But when I try to connect the power button goes red.

Please try following:

  1. Press and hold down on the cycle and empty button at the same time until the power light turns red

  2. Wait 10 seconds and then press reset once to clear the red.

  3. Attempt to onboard as normal. Litter-Robot should now broadcast.

Hi again @Blkorycki ,

Another thing that you could try is to open up the base and check if all connectors are connected properly.

If this is all OK, then circuit board needs to be replace (probably WiFi chip is dead).
