I’m having the same issue with the Litter Bot going offline. I’ve only had it a couple of days. My firmware is 1.0.2:B. Can you see if serial number LR3CI426668 needs a firmware update? Thanks!

For what it’s worth, I think I’ve found the root cause of the LR3 network issue.

Basically what’s happening is the LR3 is ignoring an important keep-alive interrogative from the access point and gets kicked off the network. There’s other factors in play (incompatibility with 802.11n and WMM), but this appears to be the core issue.

I have two Litter Robot 3’s that both are stuck “Offline” that I’ve been unsuccessfully able to get back online. We have 6 rescue cats and 3 Standard Poodles so heavily rely on the Robots to work. Could you please check the software update on my two LR’s please as it seems to fix all the other posters issues :smiley: Thank You!!

If the units are constantly offline, probably it will not be possible to update these, and according to the serial numbers, these should have latest software.

These are bought recently right?

Yes, bought the 1st one last summer and the 2nd one a few months ago. The 2nd one went Offline a week ago. I’ve tried many “fixes” then finally deleted it off of the app but now can’t even put it back on as the power button flashes red (not blue to procede to next step) after holding cycle and empty buttons. The 1st LR does the same.
