Litter Robot 3 Connect app connection problem

Hello my litter robot is having the same offline issue, can you update the firmware please? I’ve been battling with the unit going off-line for the past two weeks. serial number is LR3CI0552868

If that is the case, then this robot already has the latest firmware.

Ok well there must be a bigger issue. Doing a hard reset, reinstalling the app, and a few other tricks I came across on the net and it still did not fix the issue. The unit is 4 months, it worked great up until a couple of weeks ago. Weird. Thank you for trying to help!

My litterrobot3 Is not connecting to Bluetooth.

I have started to get exactly the same issue the last 2 weeks, as has been explained by a lot of ppl here, and I’ve tried all the steps of unplugging for 10 min and all other steps, but it just dont work.

Its online for some time, then goes offline
If I press cycle manually then it cycles and then it comes online again
And then it goes offline
And I’ll have to either press cycle or on/off for it to go online again.

I’d really like some update that seems to have fixed the issue for a lot of others;

Can an you check my Litter Robot 3 Connect, too?
The serial number ist LR3CI523439

I have no connection since yesterday and unplugging didn’t work.

Hi @Kaaty ,

This serial number has latest firmware version installed. There has to be something else that is causing the problem.

Did you try restarting your router?

Or reinstalling the app?

Yes, I have already tried everything, but unfortunately it still does not work.

Could you send us a screenshot from the app? Is there any error message there? Are there any blinking lights on the control panel of the robot?

Tried to update the network then it starts to glow red.

Unfortunately, pressing the reset button does not work either.

Please try following:

  1. Press and hold down on the cycle and empty button at the same time until the power light turns red

  2. Wait 10 seconds and then press reset once to clear the red.

  3. Attempt to onboard as normal. Litter-Robot should now broadcast.

Let us know if this works.

Unfortunately it does not work.
The robot is still offline, the light is also always red when I try to update the network
