Hi!
I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description:
Litter robot 3 connect always says its full
Hardware concerned:
Litter robot 3 connect
Software concerned:
As above
Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Disconnecting and reconnecting power
Deleting robot from app and setting up again
trying to reset in the app
pressing the reset button
using different types of litter (normal clumping, light weight, slide)
using different collection bags (original proprietary bags, black kitchen trash bags, white ones, clear ones, trying different sizes)
Watching video of how to install bags
Following troubleshooting guides (including entirely cleaning the robot including sensors multiple times)
Posting privately the above info and following their instructions regarding resetting the robot
Emailing support and following their recommendations about resetting the robot
Additional information:
Following the email and private form post responses I’ve documented everything as below:

At night I unplugged it again and c leaned it again and completely emptied it. I then turned it on and it went through a cycle and immediately said it was full. I pressed reset on the machine and in my phone app and the Blu light speed flashing.

From the phone app I can tell that overnight my cat used it once 7 hours ago, after which it said it was full(I was asleep and thus could not reset it).
From the app I can also tell that my cat also used it 30 minutes ago, after which it again says it is full.
I am now awake and so I tried to reset the box via the app by pressing the button “Tap to reset the gauge when we’re drawer is emptied”; (I did not actually empty the robot as it has very little in it). However, the ball of yarn symbol comes up and bounces and then goes away but there gauge remains unchanged and the box still says it is full.
I am still at home and on the same wireless network as the litter robot. I tried resetting with the app multiple times, even while standing directly in front of the litter box. It just doesn’t work. I then pressed the rest button on the actual litter robot and the blue light stopped flashing.
While I was at work the cat sensor was activated once and the robot completed a clean cycle, following which it registered as full. I tried to reset the litter robot with the “Tap to reset the gauge when we’re drawer is emptied” button; (I did not actually empty the robot as I was not at home). However, the ball of yarn symbol comes up and bounces and then goes away but there gauge remains unchanged and the box still says it is full.
When I got my cat had just activated the litter box (I think I interpret it), but after she came out it cycled and said full and had the flashing blue light. I tried 3 times to reset using the “Tap to reset the gauge when we’re drawer is emptied” button, and on the third time the gauge reset but the status was “cat sensor timing” and when I checked sure enough my cat was back in the litter robot. I again tried resetting the litter robot with the app (obviously without enjoying the box as it has very likely in it) and after 7 tries it still said full. I then went to the litter robot and manually pressed the reset button and the blue light stopped flashing. After this the app showed the litter robot as ready and the gauge in the app showed the box to be empty.
That’s where I am now. I will update you again after the weekend. On the man time if you have any ideas please let me know
12/6/2019 (more info)
Cat sensor activated again and the litter robot says it’s full. After 5 times of trying to reset via the app as previously described (without enjoying the box) I have to and manually pressed the rest button on the box.
12/6/2019 (Continued)Following pressing the reset button on the box the light turned blue and in the app the box gauge shows the box empty with the status as ready.
