App says Robot is always Full

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Litter Robot 3 Connect app says the robot is always full, even when empty.
Serial LRCI500448 Firmware 1.0.2:B

I have:

  • emptied the litter robot completely
  • compressed air blown off the laser sensors
  • q-tip cleaned the laser sensors
  • checked the connections on the bonnet
  • Held my hand next to the lasers while holding the reset button until it flashes four times

I believe I updated the firmware around the middle of June, and it’s had problems since then, perhaps it’s related to the latest update or the latest app update.

Looks like the problem is not new but the solution is not known to everyone. Litter robot 3 connect always thinks its full
