Yellow light flashing rapidly on litter robot 3

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem.

Litter robot ground to a halt mid cycle as if it rotated too far and the yellow light started flashing rapidly. Have searched for pins as indicated in other posts and been unable to find them. We cannot repair this we need help.

Software concerned:

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
We unplugged it and remove to the bonnet the interior round compartment in the drawer checked it out and plugged it back in and put everything back together and it is still flashing yellow don’t know what to do here can’t find the pins.

Are you using the original adapter and plugging it directly into the wall?

Have you disassembled the globe recently?
