Wifi problem with litter robot connect

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I have same problem and issue than described here : Onboarding the Connect app: I get a red light on my Power button instead of a blue light

Description
I need to reconnect my litter robot and during the procedure the power light goes from white to blue in three seconds but turns red after 1-2 seconds
So, there is no wifi to connect.

Hardware concerned
Upgrade kit forLitter-Robot III Connect

Software concerned
Autopets Connect app

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
I have applied all the solutions described here Onboarding the Connect app: I get a red light on my Power button instead of a blue light

Additional information:
The upgrade kit has running perfectly until now

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Please unplug the robot for 2hrs then try the onboarding process again.

Make sure to remove your fingers from the 2 buttons once the “Power” button turns blue.

Let us know if the “Power” button would still turn red or not.

I have tried two more times during the week-end and the “Power” button turns blue and turn red after 1-2 seconds…
My order number for the kit upgrade litter robot III upgrade is #1400064109 (Mar 23, 2021)

Thank you for your reply.

In this case, the wifi module has gone defective and the circuit board needs to be replaced.

We will send you a new circuit board.
