This is my second litter robot and have now had the same issue - dump stop not working.
A new issue has arisen…the weight in the rubber portion of the globe is loose and now moving also.
Are the issue related and What am I suppose to do to correct this?
When this device is working its awesome but to have the same issue come up in 6 months is concerning.
please advise

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
This issue could be related yes, so please check this blog to fix it:
Follow the instructions under the title “Weight under the PVC liner” and you will be able to put back the disk inside its place.
