When trying to configure the quadrino, through the FCT, we cannot transfer firmware updates to quadrino. We’re getting for ever the message “uploading firmware, please wait…”
Before coming to the step of uploading the firmware to quadrino, through the FCT, Windows 7 WOULD NOT automatically install the drivers for the quadrino. Several times, I tried to install the VCP drivers, from the FTDI site, but my computer would not properly install the FTDI drivers.
The only drivers that I can install, are SI labs CP210 USB to UART Bridge VCP, through the FCT. Then I manage to get a port other than port 1, but stll the FCT cannot see, communicate and upload firmware to quadrino. Do the SI labs drivers suffice or we have to have the FTDI drivers?
Could you please help. We went through steps - configuring, dowloading drivers, setting up values in the FCT, many - many times, but we cannot properly upload what we do in the FCT to quadrino.
