looking at the radio link telemetry system and it says it’s compatible with the at9 and at10 models but I was looking at the at10ll model. Was wondering if the telemetry system was worked with the at10ll. The specs of the ll seem much better than the other two models for all about the same price. Would you recommend either over another…
Yes, you should be able to pair it with the AT10, but we have e-mailed the manufacturer to confirm since they do not indicate that it is officially compatible on their site. We will get back to you as soon as we have a reply.
We apologize for the late reply - we had some issues with communicating with the manufacturer. Their reply:
The PRM-02 can be used with AT10II, but you need to connect it with a flight controller (PIX or APM), Attached is the PRM-02 instruction for your reference. OSD telemetry module introduction.doc (2.15 MB)
Hello, I’m Eric Cottrell the owner of A Step Above RC LLC. AKA RadioLinkU.S.Rep On RC Groups. I worked very closely with Radiolink Electronics ltd. for a long time and also handled all their customer support. LEt me give you some very good advice. Buy a Taranis! RadioLoink Has the worst customer support in the game. Now that I don’t handle it anymore its next to none existent. But besides the customer support, like the person above said the telemetry only works with pixhawk and APM although I have hacked it to also work with racing Drones too. Such as OmniBus, CC3D, NAze32 Type boards. But at the end of the day your honestly way better off buying a Taranis QX7 for 110.00. The telemetry works with any flight controller, The range is much better, the Software is open source, Way better firmware, nothing competes with open TX! There is way more info available, There are a ton of knowledgeable people that will help you out and there are a ton of different RX’s and telemetry sensors to fit every application! The Range is way over rated on the radio link products. I have done it all with them. I even Ran 433 UHF systems through the radios. Even if I was still The U.S. Rep for them I couldn’t nor would I deny that the QX7 is a way better radio.
Plus even if you are using a Taranis or APM check out an App for the Taranis called Flight Deck. It cost like 13.00 and is the best telemetry iv found to date by far!!!
