I know this is an older post but was there ever a solution found for this? I’m currently having the same exact issue.

There was no specific answers to this issue we could fine. That being said, we’ve contacted the supplier of VSA to see if they have any insight on this. We’ll post again once we have more info.

Has there been a response from brookshire on this? It seems like they are just dodging me when I contact them, hands down the worst product support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
