Im new to robotics and have been tasked with a project i could use some help with.
I essentially need to make a box that spins independently on an axle, similar to breakfasts ‘brixel’ project but at a much lower budget :’)
I was thinking of fixing a motor inside the box, and then attaching a gear to the axle, and using a belt to drive the rotation.
I want a system that spins 180 degrees and then rotates back.
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the type of motor etc…
Since you only need it to rotate 180 degrees and back the best option would be a servo motor.
