Hey I’ve brought a perimeter wire Generator kit but I’m not sure what else I need. I’m new to robotics so I’m a little confused. I’ve brought the kit from robotshop.com I just need to know what else I need to make it work.

Hey thank you I know the wires not included I just need to know what else I will need to make it work/set it up. I’ve read the blog and theres bits in there I don’t understand like what to connect it to, what other wires do I need etc.
All the parts required to set up this kit are already included inside it.
The assembling might seem a bit tricky but if you followed the steps from the blog and the pictures from these links, you should be able to assemble the kit properly:
After that, you would need to write the code and upload it to an Arduino then test it and it should be working.

Oh it’s that easy. Is there a certain Arduino I need or would any work. Sorry if my questions are hard to understand I’m bad at explaining.
You could use an Arduino UNO Board or, better, a BotBoarduino Controller for a more convenient connection as it has analog pins broken-out into a row of 3 pins (Signal, VCC, GND) and it is also Arduino compatible.
