Rapidly Fast flashing yellow light issue

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I have issue where the Litter Robot 3 is rapidly flashing yellow light.
I tried to reset back to base, clean pins, replace bonnet. But the yellow light keeps flashing very rapidly.
The robot is clean and parts have been replaced:

  • Litter-Robot 3 Open Air DFI Hardware
  • Litter-Robot Base Contact
  • Black PVC Liner for Litter-Robot 3 Open Air Globe Assembly

The robot is in function 1 week after I have sent it for repairs to RobotShop. friday 12 august I placed the Robot with no issues. Now it is starting again giving issues.

Components sent byme for repair: Base, Bonnet, Cable
Technician’s comment: DFI sensor was not good, connected to the printed circuit board (corrected). 3 sets of pins damaged/rusty
Parts replaced: anti-pinch pins, base contact pins, bonnet terminal pins

We are sorry to hear that you are still having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Did the globe get stuck at the dump position on the first time you saw that yellow light blinking?

What happens when you press the “Reset” button?
