Need to reflash the X6-S2 actuator

The X6-S2 actuator we’re using is stuck in an error state “Parameter Error”. I’d like to restore it to the factory default, but I can’t find a copy of the .hex file to use for the restore? Does RobotShop provide this? I’ve also reached out to MyActuator, but I haven’t heard back yet.

We had some sent in the past by them, maybe you can try it out:
