He didn’t die… He probably doesn’t even have a sister. Just a plot to get you to stop bothering him most likely. If he did die, then thank goodness. He deserved it.

You can try taking a look at the full headers of the email. If the IP address is the same then it came from the same house. If hes a grown man, I doubt he will be living with his sister, or parent(s)…
Do you know what city he lives in? On ssdi.rootsweb.com I found one record of someone who died in may in WV.
Sounds like more BS. Ask the sister to provide a copy of the death certificate, or the county in which he died so you can do a verification of the fact. File a complaint against him with the nearest BBB to where he lives. I’m not sure of he process, but see if you can report him to the three major credit reporting agencies. The main thing is to file a criminal complaint against him with his local police department so his name will be “in the system”.
You’re right. It came from the same address as his. Nothing in his city. And I still havent heard back from the police. This guy is so full of it. I cant wait to see him arrested.
If this is all you did, why would his sister still be monitoring his emails?
And if it is because of the police contacting him, then surely the police would have told you that he had died, I recon they would know about it.
I told “her” to supply me with death certificate, etc. And I gave “her” my address so that she could send it all back. She said she will send it back ASAP. Let’s see what happens…
Either he shares his email with his sister or he’s a horrible liar. I checked his ebay page, and you can tell when he has last bought things and what he has bought. And let me tell ya, he’s bought A LOT!! I hope not with my robot money. I contacted the only police station in his town last week and havent heard back. I just hope I get my stuff back.
Lets hope the police find him and stick him in court. That way we can hear him lie about how he is dead, and not actually there talking, and have a worse punishment.
File a claim in his county’s probate court against his estate for the cost of the goods. You can look up the county government on line for the info. I doubt that the death certificate will arrive (and it could be faked), so I wouldn’t wait long for it. A phone call to the county government should be one way to confirm his demise (if you know his real name and address).
It is clear to me this guy thinks he is smarter than the rest of the world. Persistence will always overcome. One day when he is lounging in his chair with all his stolen goodies around him - lightning will strike. If he “survives” he will surely be the one who got burnt in the end. It may be someone who he has riped off deciding to pay a visit, it may be local law efforcement, it may be his own soul - his time will come - rest assured. In the meantime - continue to be the one who generates and fosters the potential necessary for the lightning to strike.

Hey guys, I think Im gonna get my stuff back! Miss Anita responded to me on HER personal email and said she had found a box with my name and address on it. She said she would send it back today. Man I hope this works!!!
Even though it is likely him using a made up email so he doesn’t look like a crook, he may be sending your stuff back out of fear that the police will get involved soon. Which they likely will.
I’d still persue having the local police verify that the person actually did die. Also request “Miss Anita’s” phone number so you can call her and confirm box contents and such prior to shipment. It would be interesting to see if you actually get a female on the other end when you call her. Shouldn’t be a problem if it isn’t a scam.
Yup. I agree with zoomkat. See if you can get her # (don’t ask her out) and call to make sure everything is in the box that needs to be.
Did you ever email him and mention you have contacted the authorities several times about this case? If you did, he might have finally come to his senses and might actually ship it all back. Doubt he’d want to waste time and money on a lawyer…
