Motor help please! Making a spinner for stained glass

Hello! I admit I’m not a robot person, sorry. However I figured you guys know more about the motors than anybody else. I would like to make my own spinners. It will need to hold about 2 lbs. of glass and spin relatively slow. I will be spinning a fidget spinner. This guide is an excellent help when selecting the ideal type of engine for your project

Because you need the motor to support a high weight and go relatively slow the best option is a gear motor, in order to choose one you simply have to calculate how much torque it will need and the approximate RPM (revolutions per minute) you want it to have.

Once you now this, you can select one from the Gear Motors section of the store and according to its nominal voltage select a battery, in case you need help:

And you could also get a switch to easily turn it on and off, you can find some options in the Electronic Components section.

Then, you would simply need to wire everything up, and you can use this as a guide:
