From the looks of that card, is the Quadrino going to remove the need to yank the power pins out of our ESCs on the VTails?
There will be two major wiring harness supplied with the Quadrino Nano.
One for the Motors output (ESC’s) and one for the Receiver input. The Motor harness will have only one of the connector populated for +5v and GND and all other will not.
That mean you will be able to connect the ESC wire to the connector without worrying with the issue of having to remove pins.
In attachment is a picture showing the actual cables…
Very nifty. I got pretty busy and never finished putting my kit together. (This happens to me on a lot of projects.) I wasn’t particularly hot on pulling those pins out, and I probably won’t get back to the VTail until after this ships out.
ya, I see is there a projected release date on this?
We are expecting mid to late January for shipping the orders.
At the moment, we are waiting on the PCB’s and the Wiring Cables to arrive.
Everything else is in stock to assemble the kits.
Hi DiaLFonZo
I want to know, the final product is ready to send to buyers?
I bought the fight controller ,did you send it to customers?
Thanks
Hi INFINITY,
We are very sorry for that, no we didn’t ship any Quadrino Nano yet.
Today or tomorrow we will contact all our customer with this message:
All the best,
Hi DiaLFonZo
now is Mid-February, its ready for send customers?
Hi INFINITI,
Have you ordered the Lynxmotion Quadrino Nano Yet ?
There are some delays with the PCB manufacturer again but should be ready soon.
For people who have pre-ordered, we are looking into giving them a little surprise to make up for the delay.
All the best,
Hi all
New here also and on the waiting list
Question is will a compass module be available sorry if this sounds stupid fairly new to this stuff also been playing around with the clone multiiwii boards and using Arduino to program/test.
Thanks
Hi DRUMSZ,
No questions are stupid.
The Lynxmotion Quadrino Nano already has a compass module on-board. A magnetometer is actually a compass.
Hi All,
I updated the third post of this topic about the DUT (Device Under Testing) software.
You can take a look HERE if you want to know more about it.
All the best,
Forgive the noob questions but I’m just interested in this since I bought one will teh Quadrino replace my current Multiwill MPU board? And I understand that this has GPS… if I program waypoints this thing will fly by itself?
Correct.
Correct again
Hi All,
Here are some screenshots of our MultiWii FCT (Firmware Configuration Tool).
Today we are testing and correcting the final bugs and should release the version soon. You can see that on the last page, you have the choice of the Standard MultiWiiConf GUI (General User Interface) or WinGUI. Both will install the first time they are clicked and once that done, will allow you to start them. (they will also be in the start menu)
It’s coming …

Oh I can’t wait, are you releasing the controllor and the software at the same time or will I be getting the controllor prior to the software realease?
We should release the software in days to come…
Ok, is there a release date for the controllor itself…I preordered one a few weeks ago.
We should receive a first batch next week.
There were some issues with our PCB factory and they had to correct them before shipping.
Hello, Eric! Any news on the Quadrino Nano availability? I’ve not seen anything posted in the past couple of weeks. I’m holding off on launching my V-tail until it arrives.
Thanks!
