Hello @Veerle ,
Welcome to RobotShop community.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
You are covered by the warranty so we can send you replacement parts for free.
However, if the pins are clean, then the issue is coming from elsewhere.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your answer.
At first it often stopped during a cycle, and I found it where the contacts of the bonnet.
Then it worked well for a while.
Now the orange light flashes quickly. and when i press reset the blue light blinks.
He doesn’t work at all at this moment.

Hello @Veerle ,
Thank you for your reply.
This issue is related to the DFI sensor too.
Please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from the small pins on them.
Here’s a video to help you locate the boards:
Also, if the robot used to stop mid-cycle with a fast flashing yellow light only, let us know.
Awaiting your reply.
Sincerely,
Hello,
I cleaned the 2 green print cards, they looked clean, but it resolved my problem.
He is working again.
Thank you for your help.

Hello @Veerle ,
Thank you for your reply.
There are small pins on these print cards that you might not notice if they were rust and making a short circuit… that’s why the cleaning helped.
Keep an eye on it and let us know if you notice any further issues.
Have a lovely evening, stay safe.
Sincerely,
This evening, we had the problem again .
What do we do now?
Hello @Veerle ,
Thank you for your reply.
In this case, the DFI sensor needs to be replaced.
Are you able to replace it at home if we sent you a new one or do you prefer to send the robot to us for repair under the warranty?
