Hi,
I have a Litter robot III and keep getting the blinking blue light. Have done all the trouble shooting and also replaced the DFI and still get the blue blinking light?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Hi @Abdoel,
Please make sure you installed DFI according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD3dsJsVVsc
After installation, please perform resetting of the error code using again this same troubleshooting: Litter-Robot III Open Air - Blue Blinking Light
Hi,
I Have used this video to install the DFI and checked it many times but no luck. Also repeated the trouble shooting steps but still the blue blinking light? Are there any hard resets I can do it is it just to remove the power and wait 20 Seconds?i
Can you check with your cellphone if there is IR light coming out of the sensor? Something similar like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsSZ3IMUQYE
I removed the drawer and tried to record but see no light. Where should I look?
You should look with your camera directly on the sensor. One side which is emitting side should emit IR light. Other side is receiving side.
Thanks for your fast reply again!
Tried it but can not see a light? And the DFI is brand new
Ok. Are your buttons on control panel working normally?
Maybe to take a few photos of DFI installed?
What can I do now? Can we replace the whole bottom unit?
Hi @Abdoel,
From the pictures, it seems that Anti-pinch pins are a little bit corroded, but that should affect DFI sensor.
If you bought it via RobotShop, the base can be repaired.
Yes I bought it from the Robotshop and what is the procedure to send it back?
