I am having the same issue. I’ve checked and cleaned the various sensors and anti pinch but it has not helped.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Have you tried to clean the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl to remove any rust or dust from them?
We need to see some pictures of the Anti-Pinch pins after the cleaning to check their condition.

My robot started working again shortly after I messaged in the board but now it is back to blinking again.
We have cleaned the sensors but it has not helped. Attached you will see pictures of the pins (which we have cleaned). I’m also attaching pictures of clamps which are cracked.
Please let me know if you need any more pictures or information.

The pins seem okay so the issue is coming from the DFI sensor.
Your robot is covered by the warranty so we can send you a new DFI sensor which will include new brackets to replace with these broken ones.
Do you wish to replace the sensor at home or send us the robot for repair under the warranty?
We will also need your shipping address and phone number.
