Litter robot blue and yellow lights indicate malfunction

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I got this litter robot less than a year ago, after each cycle the blue light kept blinking and the yellow light stays on. The little box under has just been cleaned and it’s definitely empty and not full. I had to keep resetting this each time.

What do u do to fix this?

The following troubleshooting should resolve the blue light blinking while the waste drawer is empty. Once resolved, the unit should consistently recognize when your cat visits and cycle accordingly.
