I have the litter robot and suddenly blue light is flashing constantly. After using the reset button yellow light is flashing fast and robot doesn’t work anymore.
What could be the problem?

I have the same problem with the yellow flashing light and the blue light also blinks after pressing the reset button. What could be the problem?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps in the attached video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQeoBYxzwC4&t=1s
If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.

Thank you for your reply.
In this case, the DFI sensor and the 3 sets of pins will need to be replaced.
Please send us the following information in a private message:
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.
