Litter Robot 3 yellow light flashing, incomplete cycles, unresponsive

Hi. My Litter Robot 3 Connect shows a fast blinking yellow light, stops half-way through the cycle, sometimes decides to try go the whole way round in one direction, then stops. It’s currently unresponsive unless I pull the power cable out and reinsert it. I have to manually re-orient the litter tray or it stays halfway.

I’ve checked and cleaned the anti-pinch thing, which worked a couple of months ago but now does nothing.

The unit is well out of warranty.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Does the blue light blink if you press the “Reset” button?

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following video:

LR3/LR3CI Replacement 3 sets of pins

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
