Hello, I have had the same problem for about 2 weeks. 2 days ago I was able to get the robot working again after taking it apart and putting it back together but then it only ran for a day.
The problem with me is that it also has a fast flashing yellow light and sometimes the blue light flashes as well but not as fast.
Normally this would mean that the drawer is full but it has been emptied and it still flashes blue.

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.
