Litter robot 3 slow fashing blue and fast flashing yellow lights

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: Yesterday I changed out the bag. Since then blue flashing light. Press reset it goes to fast flashing yellow.
The robot wont cycle, even if I switch it off for 10 secods and on again.

Hardware concerned:litter robot 3

Software concerned:

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Cleaned sensors and pinch pins. Tried a hard reset. Removed bonnet and cleaned pins.
Disconnected power for 10 seconds with blue light on. Reconnected. Still not working or cycling.
Help!

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Have you cleaned the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them?

If not, please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:

Base’s Pin:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.

Hi Ebram

I cleaned all of the pins and still had the problem, so I swapped out the DFI with one of the other litter robots in the house and it has worked.

Now I am short a DFI! Are you able to send one out to me? All three of my robots are still under warranty.
