Litter Robot 3 Keeps Getting Stuck (Help)

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:
Our Litter Robot 3 keeps getting stuck mid-cycle or not starting the cycle at all. We had blue light blinking when the drawer is almost empty and also, on other days, the yellow light blinking fast. We cleaned the metal contacts (twice in a week) and the transparent sensor window (once). Things seemed to improve after these interventions but then the robot is getting stuck again.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Does the yellow light blink once per second or faster when the robot gets stuck in the middle of the cycle?

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:

Base’s Pin:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.

Oh and the yellow light blinks faster than once per second in our case.

I should add that the main issue for us is the constantly blinking blue light. The fast blinking yellow light is happening quite rarely.

According to the pictures, the DFI sensor and the pins will all need to be replaced.

In this case, we can send you these parts under the warranty.

Please provide us with the following:

1- Shipping address.
2- Phone number.
3- Serial number located on the back of the robot.
