our Litter-Robot 3 does not work anymore. There is a blue blinking light (it blinks about 2x/sec).
I have done the troubleshooting as mentioned in the url below (remove adapt. for 10 sec, cleaning lenses etc), but even after removing the waste drawer nothing happens when pressing the cycle-button. Blue led keeps blinking.

I have done the IR test of the DFI unit with the camera of my smartphone. One side should be the emitting side, but I see no emitting LED on my camera. Maybe the DFI is defect?
I bought the Litter-Robot 3 in May 2021.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from the small pins on them.
If this didn’t help, the DFI sensor will need to be replaced.
I cleaned the 2 green circuit boards with isopropyl alcohol as you mentioned.
There is no result. I still can not see IR with my smarthphone (I checked both sides, as there is only 1 transmitting side).
On the bottom of the robot, I see a cable that is not connected. Is that normal? Maybe it is for an additional module. See picture in attachment.
