Sorry, LR3C057838 cannot be upgraded. Only LR3CI models can receive firmware updates.

Hello, I am also having the same issue with my litter robot being offline. We very recently purchased and set it up as well. I have tried the other possible solutions (unplugging and waiting before reconnecting, restarting it, etc), but nothing has worked.

Hello, I know I have not been on this thread lately, but I was waiting to see if our robot would connect again. It has not. What did happen was that’d it would say, “Ready” in the app and show recent cycles but then go offline again.
