The “Metal-Pins” are touching each other. What else can i do?

Sorry, i have tried all these steps without any results. It doesn’t changed anything ;( Still blinking blue light or fast yellow blinking if i press reset.

Have you done all steps from this troubleshooting: Litter-Robot III Open Air - Blue Blinking Light

If yes, and it doesn’t solve the issue, then DFI sensor should be replaced.
