I have found the globe stuck, not emptying, just off center, early in its cycle. Power cycled it, it stutters and moves a tiny bit. Fixed by manually removing and replacing the globe. Also noticed that instead of rotating smoothly, it has a lumpy up-and-down motion when it spins. Diagnosis?

This sounds to me like a motor problem.
