I need to reset the admin password of SANBOT S1-B2. We have been using SANBOT S1-B2 in a primary school in Turkey. The person that set the admin password is not reachable for us now. We can interact with the robot screen. The menu and everything but we could not reset the admin password. The robot is capable to connect to Wifi.
Is there any way to reset the admin password.

It seems that default password should work. Did you try this already?
According to the manual (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://experthubrobotics.com/Portals/0/Docs/SanbotELF/Sanbot-ELF-USER-MANUAL-Experthubrobotics.pdf) default password is admin.

igor_X thank you for your comment. Yes the screen lock password is “admin” (which is default) but the admin password is different than that. We eventually found the person that set the admin password and successfully used it. Thanks.
