Help! Litter robot 2. Solid yellow light stuck in middle. (Cycle/in use). Seems to have power but wont clean or cycle

I’m sorry to hear about the malfunction, have you tried checking the Troubleshooting Guides?
You can find them here:
If the yellow light is on and the globe is not turning, the cycle has been interrupted by the Cat Sensor so I would suggest you take a look at the basic troubleshooting guide and verify your cat sensor.
