I have a Litter Robot 4, currently on *.290 firmware. The “Firmware Update” window in the app has been “In Progress” for over a week. No amount of power cycling or app restart seems to help.
Thoughts on how to give it a kick?

Hi @Ebram , I did get the reply that we’re still waiting on the manufacturer to do something on their end. Its been another month, and I haven’t heard any progress. Since we’ve been waiting a few months now, are there more active steps we can take, or is my system’s ability to upgrade compromised in some way? Is the next step to replace a component with the latest firmware? Is there an EEPROM or something I can remove/replace or is this like a few hundred for a new motherboard? I’m homing this upgrade gets my litter robot 4 to a place with more accurate weight and litter levels as promised in the release notes for the new F/W.

Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from the manufacturer yet so we sent them a new email to try to get any updates regarding the solution for this issue.
The issue is related to the App itself so we are unable to fix it by just replacing some parts.
We shall receive a reply from them within 24hrs and we will share it with you once we receive it.
