Firmware Update Failure on Litter Robot 4

I have a Litter Robot 4, currently on *.290 firmware. The “Firmware Update” window in the app has been “In Progress” for over a week. No amount of power cycling or app restart seems to help.

Thoughts on how to give it a kick?

Hi Ebram, I’d followed up offline, per ask.
Its been a couple months since then. Has there been any movement?
To broader group: Have any of you been successful in unsticking an update like this?
