Nice mount. Iāve switched routers, so now I need to make a new mount. Seems like theyāve done this one right.

What would be the cost of the aluminum parts ?
I just go to the garage, and pick up a piece of stock.
Whatās aluminum going for nowadays? $2-3 a Lb?
Probably a $2 cuttoff of 6061-T6, if you have a local metal scrap yard.
It would take a while to hog it out.
Question is, will it fit on my mill Z axis? Holes? I donāt have a drawing to check outā¦

Just ordered some 80/20 extrusion.
They will be assembled to make a top plate for the CNC
1" X 3" X 25" extrusion X5
Will give me a 25" X 15" surface

That should work. Although a grid of 10-32 tapped holes might be more useful.

Yes that plate will remplace the present aluminum plate that is 12x15.
I will add a MDF plate with hole over it.
did that one that can handle 12x18 or 12x12 sheet.
With insert from the bottom.

I canāt afford a 12x18 CF sheetā¦ Would need a new mortgage on my houseā¦ 
Itās a 1.5mm G10 fiberglass sheet.
And also need a Dust systemā¦
Any advise on thatā¦ ?
On the new motor mount there is a place for a āRodā to adjust a dust collector
I bought a surplus portable vacuum, and attached 1/2" poly tubing that I can get up close to the cutter.
the sheet looked black, and I saw black pieces in the background. Youāve been busy!
where do you even buy carbon-fiber?
Is your current model the one youāve posted on?
Iām a ways off from doing anything. I want to see the NAV stuff work first! Even then, itāll probably go into a RoboMagillian first!
