Hello!
I have a massive problem with my Circle Zero. The stop sensor has bent and broke. I was wondering if anyone knows a shop where I could order a replacement.
Much appreciated!

Thank you for replying, I have been struggling with the issue for months now. Here are the photos of the damaged sensor.
Also, I don’t have an order number since this is a second hand automated litter box
Hello @Kuromochi ,
Thank you for your reply.
According to the pictures, we can see that it’s the PCB stop sensor so you can certainly order a new one from us.
We will forward you now to our internal support system to help you place your order.
You will be contacted shortly via email with further instructions.
Have a lovely evening, stay safe.

Hello again,
The part has been been working wonders, however, new problems have appeared.
The litterbox tends to leak urine and cause bad odours.
It even went in the space under the circuit board and spread all the way to the front. Please tell me what can I do to fix the issue since I’m afraid that one day it might just short circuit.
Thank you for your understanding,
Kuromochi

Sadly, I forgot to take pictures and just cleaned instead because the smell was too powerful.
All I know is that after dismantling and rebuilding 8 times, this is the first time it does that.
Once again, apologies for not providing pictures, I should have though about it before cleaning.
Hello @Kuromochi ,
Thank you for your reply.
Please keep the robot under observation and send us pictures of any leakage you find in the coming days to help us figure out the source of it and help you fix it.
Sincerely,
