Hello,
My litter-robot-3 doesn’t start.
The blue light is blinking.
I have check the procedure describes ont this link : Litter-Robot III Open Air - Blue Blinking Light and I have alaways the same problem.
I dismantled the robot and cleaned the DFI sensors.
After this step, the robot restarted (top) with the globe spinning.
Problem: the globe didn’t stop after the stop to return to position, and continued spinning with the orange light flashing rapidly.
I dismantled it to see if I had a problem with the HALL effect sensors, but when I turned the power back on after reassembling it, I was back to the previous stage with the robot no longer starting and the blue light flashing…
What do you recommend?
Which parts should I change?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
According to your description, you would need to replace the DFI sensor and the 3 sets of pins.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice to check if your robot is still covered by the warranty or not.

My purchase order for my litter robot is #652015 in 2018. There is no warranty.
I have already changed he DFI sensor in 2021 (purchase order #1073814 ), it-is always the same hardware ?
In this link, the article precises that its is a V2 version…
Can you give me a link for the “3 sets of pins” ? I can’t found them.
