Omg same here! my litter robot arrived 3 days ago, I set it up and after 2 days I changed the the plastic bag with the waste. It has been 1 day since I changed it and it smell horrible. I have 3 cats but it had never smelled this bad with my regular litter box. Any advice?

Have you found a solution? I am writing about this problem since December but the only answers I am getting are regarding my litter. No one wants to handle this like a serious claim. You and many others were at least asked about your order number. I had never this much luck. Did you get in touch with someone?

Hi All,
Robotshop contacted me and sent me a new liner and seals. But the smell is still there, it’s definitely a malfunction with the drawer.
The unit is still under warranty, they should replace it but I guess they’re waiting till it’s not under warranty anymore. It’s a shame for such an expensive product !
Robotshop, please do the necessary with LitterRobot and make our units replaces asap !
