Once you have entered the required information, you may add the desired product to your cart: You will then get a message that your price match request has been saved: You can go to your shopping cart at this time or check out. If you go to your shopping cart you will see your item with a price match request which can be modified at any time before checkout. You will also see the other products that you have in your cart that also have the possibility of being price matched via the "Click here to price match this product" link in yellow: Once your price match requests have been completed, you may check out as you would normally when placing an order with RobotShop. We will verify all price match requests within 24 hours. Assuming that your price match is approved, you will be charged for the matched price instead of the original price and we will ship your order promptly. A customer service representative will contact you only for any Price Match rejections. We will at that time suggest our best price which you can approve or not at your convenience. While we make every attempt to match a competitor's price when a price match is requested, in some rare cases we cannot match competitor's prices.
