And can I measure the db level of the enviroment with this one ? Sorry, there is no information about it …

It would certainly work with the Arduino Uno. It detects volume, so it could not differentiate between a balloon popping and another loud noise.
RB-Inx-33 is a hobbyist grade senor and, as such, is not calibrated to measure the the ambient noise in precise decibels.“This sensor provides an output voltage from 0 to +5 Vdc which is proportional to the intensity of noise detected. If the noise is louder the voltage will increase and vice versa.” You will need to experiment with it in order to measure the decibel range and create a calibration curve for it.
