why are different specs for zimablade 7700 and why there not named in apecs cpu n3450 and n3455 ?

The two main processors used in ZimaBlade 7700 are the Intel Celeron N3450 and N3350.The different specs are mostly due to variations in configurations (e.g., CPU, RAM).
