The yellow light stays on. Tried to reboot, unplug, plug back in. Can’t get anything else to happen. Tried several solutions listed in the forum. The most reasonable is the DFI sensor is bad.
How do I go about getting a replacement sensor(s)? Thanks – Tim

Hello @sam610 ,
Welcome to RobotShop community.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:
Bonnet’s Pin:
Base’s Pin:
No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
Awaiting your reply.
Sincerely,

Unfortunately this was a present from my mother-in-law, I do not have any copies or order numbers. When I get home I can research the contact pins. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, without the order number, we can’t consider the robot under warranty.
Awaiting the pictures.

Which country are you from so we can provide you with the correct links to order the parts?
