Hello, I have the yellow light on all the time and the blu light off! Yesterday I had both of them on! I try to reset them and it doesn’t work! What can I do?

Are you referring to the Litter-Robot?
If yes, please provide us with your order number and confirm if the yellow light is staying solid without rotation or if it’s blinking.
When both of the blue and yellow lights are on at the same time, it means that the robot has entered the 8hrs sleep mode, you can learn more about this mode from this video:
